本状产品如: 说明书、卡片书、笔记本、动漫小书、杂志及各种不同尺寸的本状产品，自动分开，成单个传送到输送带上。它既能够单独作分卡计数使用，亦可以轻松地整合到相关联的设备中作自动分卡、配合各种自动包装线使用，例如: 枕式包装机、立式包装机、自动输送机、自动收缩包装机、装箱机等。

伺服电机驱动系统，PLC控制器以及触控界面，操作简单易用。各种设置、操作均可在触摸屏上轻松完成，同时具有存储功能，设置好相关数据开机自动操作。

伺服电机Zui高速度可达到50米/分钟。

自动发卡机对接全自动包装机，根据不同的包装数量快速自动发卡。

漏卡、无卡自动报警功能，可选择发单张、多张及连续发卡功能。

采用光电控制，开启总电源开关后，光电感应，自动发卡。

与自动化包装设备的匹配，真正实现一体化自动包装。

系统本身带有多项功能设定，包括预发卡长度、每次设定发卡数量、重卡无卡片时有自动停机报警等功能，实时在线控制。
